Syed Fidel Shaan founded Zyvex Tech on a simple observation: most businesses don’t need more advice, they need it built, launched, and run. He works directly with founders around the world, not as a distant consultant, but as someone in the build with them, from the first funnel audit to the tools running unattended.
His approach treats consulting and implementation as one discipline: a process is only as good as the system built to run it, and a system is only as good as the process it was designed around.
